At Goose & Gander, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
